2. เมื่อนักวาดตอบกลับแล้ว ขอให้ผู้จ้างแจ้งรายละเอียดงานที่จำเป็นกับนักวาดสำหรับประเมินราคา ยกตัวอย่างเช่น▶ ภาพตัวละคร อุปนิสัยและประวัติคร่าว ๆ
▶ ท่าทาง สีหน้า โทนสี ฯลฯรวมถึงเงื่อนไขอื่นๆ เช่น เปิดปิดเลเยอร์เสื้อผ้า
การใช้งาน เช่น ใช้งานส่วนตัว ใช้สำหรับเชิงพาณิชย์

ทางผู้วาดขออนุญาตเพิ่มค่าใช้จ่ายในส่วนนี้ ตามเนื้อหางานที่ต้องแก้ไขเพิ่ม2. ในการจองคิว 1 งาน จะมีระยะเวลาในการชำระเงิน 5 วัน หากเกินจากระยะเวลาที่กำหนดจะถือว่าคิวนี้หลุดจากการจอง และนักวาดขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการติดต่อคิวถัดไปทันทีหากมีเหตุสุดวิสัยใด ๆ สามารถแจ้งนักวาดเพื่อเลื่อนระยะเวลาชำระเงินล่วงหน้าได้3. ในระหว่างการประเมินราคา หรือยังไม่ถึงคิวของผู้จ้าง ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถแจ้งเปลี่ยนรายละเอียดบรีฟงานเพื่อให้นักวาดประเมินราคาใหม่ได้เรื่อย ๆ จนกว่าจะลงตัว หรือได้ราคาที่เหมาะสมในกรณีที่ถึงคิวของผู้จ้างและมีการชำระเงินแล้ว จะขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับเปลี่ยนบรีฟงานในทุกกรณีในกรณีที่จำเป็นต้องปรับรายละเอียดบรีฟหลังจากเริ่มงานแล้ว จะนับว่าเป็นการแก้ไขงานอีก 1 ครั้ง ซึ่งแยกจากโควต้าการแก้ไขสเก็ตช์ (รวมเป็นแก้ไข 2 ครั้ง) และอาจมีการปรับราคางานตามรายละเอียดที่เปลี่ยนแปลง4. ผู้ว่าจ้างมีสิทธิ์ในการดัดแปลง แก้ไข และเผยแพร่ผลงานได้โดยที่ไม่จำเป็นต้องให้เครดิตกับทางผู้วาด แต่ไม่อนุญาตให้ทำซ้ำและแอบอ้างว่าเป็นผลงานของตนโดยเด็ดขาด5. ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถยกเลิกงานกลางคันได้ แต่ในกรณีที่ถึงขั้นตอนลงสีแล้ว ทางผู้วาดขออนุญาตสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงินค่าจ้าง ตาม % ของงานที่เสร็จแล้ว6. ผู้วาดอาจเผยแพร่ผลงาน โดยจะเผยแพร่ภาพที่เล็กกว่าขนาดจริง ใส่ลายน้ำและให้เครดิตผู้ว่าจ้างเสมอ หากผู้ว่าจ้างไม่ประสงค์ให้เผยแพร่ผลงาน หรือเปิดเผยชื่อ หรือมีเงื่อนไขอื่นๆ สามารถแจ้งกับทางนักวาดได้เสมอในกรณีที่เป็นงานประเภท NSFW
จะไม่มีเผยแพร่ผลงานดังกล่าวโดยที่ไม่ได้ขออนุญาตจากทางผู้จ้างก่อน7. หากมีกำหนดเวลาที่ต้องใช้งาน กรุณาแจ้งกับทางนักวาดล่วงหน้า เพื่อให้จัดสรรเวลาได้อย่างเหมาะสม8. หากผู้วาดเป็นฝ่ายยกเลิกงานเอง ทางผู้วาดยินดีคืนค่าใช้จ่ายให้ผู้จ้างทั้งหมด9. ไม่อนุญาตให้นำภาพต้นฉบับของผลงานทุกประเภท ทั้งแบบส่วนตัวและเชิงพาณิชย์ไปขายต่อในราคาที่สูงกว่าราคาว่าราคาจ้างจริง หรือประมูลทั้งในรูปแบบ NFT และเงินจริงโดยเด็ดขาด

For example:▶ The character’s picture, his/her habit, story in brief
▶ The character’s gesture, expression, color tone etc.Including other conditions you want, such as the clothing layer that can be shown and hidden
Usage of the work; such as for private use, for commercial use,
or the time limit that you need the work to be ready for use.
There may be additional fees according to details of the work.3. I will arrange the queues according to the time I received work details only.4. After receiving the work details, I will quote the full price to you.
Then when it is your queue, I will conclude the price again, along with payment details.5. The sketching procedure will start after I received payment from you as specified.6. In case there are many queues before yours, when it reaches the painting procedure of your queue, I will inform you every time.

All commission price is for private use only. If you want to make commission for commercial use, please inform me for quotation.1. Correction of the work can be made 3 times for free in the sketching procedure. In the painting procedure, you can ask for making a little adjustment of the color.If you want to make other correction than these, or make correction of work details in the painting procedure,
I will have to charge additional fees according to the details of correction.2. In booking 1 commission slot, you are required to make the payment within 5 days. If the payment is overdue, your booked slot will be canceled. Also, I reserve the right to contact the next queue immediately.3. During the price estimation, or your queue hasn’t reach yet, you can inform me to change the work details for re-estimating the price as often as you need; until it is OK for you, or you got the appropriate prize.In case that it reaches you queue and the payment is made, I reserved the right to refuse the changing in work details.In case that the work details have to be adjusted after the work has started, it will be counted as 1 time correction, with is separated from the quota of sketch correction. (It will be 2 times correction altogether) Also, the price may be adjusted according to the changed work details.4. You have the right to modify, edit, and publicize the artwork without giving credit to me. However, you cannot claim it as your own artwork.5. You can cancel the work halfway. However, if it reaches the painting procedure, I reserve the right to return the deposit according to percentage done of the work.6. I may publicize the artwork in smaller size, with watermark and giving credit to you always. However, if you don’t want me to publicize the artwork, revealing your name or other conditions, please feel free to inform me.7. If there is time limit that you need the work to be ready for use, please inform me beforehand so that I can manage accordingly.8. If I am the one who cancel the work, I will consent to return all the cost and the deposit to you.
